13 – Property maintenance expenses
14 – Mortgage documents
15 – Credit card statement
16 – Bank accounts, securities, lottery winnings, etc.
17 – Alimony / pensions paid
18 – Medical expenses (including nursing homes)
19 – Donation receipts
20 – 3rd pillar certificate
21 – LPP buyback proof
22 – Copy of rental contract
23 – Childcare expenses
24 – Gift receipts
25 – Health insurance premiums
26 – Amount of tax prepayments made (relevant year)
