Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
This policy applies when using this website operated by ProBudget SA. Use of the site is generally possible without providing personal data. However, if you use certain services (e.g. forms, newsletter), the processing of your data may be necessary.
This site is subject to the FADP (Switzerland) and takes into account the main points of the GDPR (EU). We use SSL encryption to protect your data but remind you that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. email) may have security gaps.
Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is considered to be any information relating to an identified or identifiable person (e.g. name, address, email, telephone). “Processing” includes, in particular, the collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, consultation, use, transmission or deletion of data.
The data entered is used for internal purposes and anonymized where possible. The retention period depends on legal obligations and/or our legitimate interests (contract execution, preservation of evidence).
Data We Collect Directly
Application Forms
If you are interested in an offer, you can send us a request via a form. The fields indicate which data is transmitted. Your data may be processed manually or via third-party software in order to offer you similar offers by email, mail, or telephone. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Creation of a Real Estate Search Profile
You can save a search profile via a form. The data is used only to send you matching properties. It may be entered manually or imported via an interface. You can deactivate temporarily or delete your profile permanently at any time.
Newsletter Subscription
Subscription can be made via form or email. Wherever possible, we use the double opt-in procedure. Each mailing contains an unsubscribe link. Our newsletter may include a tracking pixel for statistical purposes (which you can block through your email client settings).
Data Collection During Job Applications
Application files submitted (by email or form) are processed exclusively in connection with the relevant position and may be processed electronically.
Data Collected by Third-Party Services
Cookies
We may use cookies to improve the user experience and remember your preferences. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Use of Google Analytics
We analyze site usage (pages viewed, duration, source) in order to improve our services. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can prevent their installation at any time via your browser.
Use of Script Libraries
To provide certain content or protect against spam (e.g. web fonts, rating systems, reCAPTCHA), libraries may be loaded from third-party providers who may receive technical data (e.g. IP address).
Use of Google Maps
Interactive maps may be displayed in order to visualize geographic information. Using these maps involves an exchange of data with the map service provider.
Use of Social Plugins
Social network plugins may be integrated. If you are logged into the relevant network while visiting our site, personal data may be transmitted to that network. Please consult the privacy policy of the relevant provider.
Transmission of Your Data to Third Parties
In the event of legal obligations, abuse prevention, or to assert our rights, data may be transmitted to the competent authorities and courts. Outside of these cases, any transmission to third parties occurs only on the basis of your consent, a legal obligation, or an overriding interest.
Transfer of Personal Data Abroad
Where relevant to the processing described, your data may be transferred to service providers located in Europe and the United States. If the recipient country’s level of protection is not equivalent to that of Switzerland, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses).
Retention Period of Your Data
We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the processing purpose or in accordance with legal obligations (e.g. limitation periods, retention obligations). Content from the contact form and subsequent email exchanges may be retained for six months. Deletion occurs when retention is no longer necessary and no obligation prevents it.
Protection of Your Data
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, manipulation, and destruction. Our employees and service providers are bound to confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws.

According to applicable law, you have in particular the following rights:
